Ambiance colocation, mais chacun avec son espace privé, bien évidemment. Situé en plein centre de Barcelone, nous mettons à disposition une chambre de 25 mètres carrés dans un espace total de 130 mètres carrés, avec une terrasse partagée de 100 mètres carrés. Attention, l'appartement est au 3e étage sans ascenseur. Un chat est présents dans l'appartement ! La salle de bain est partagée, spacieuse et toute équipée. Vous aurez accès à une cuisine entièrement équipée, ainsi qu'à un salon confortable avec une smart TV proposant Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime. Nous sommes Nolwenn et Valentine, deux Françaises de 32 ans vivant ici depuis 7 ans et nous avons hâte de vous accueillir ! The tenant must pay directly with the property manager at the latest within 48 hours immediately after the reservation is confirmed a deposit of 1,000€ that will be returned at the end of their contract, deducting 400€ as a non-returnable service fee. The contract has to be signed up at the latest within 48 hours of paying the deposit. The max contract length is 6 months, extensible as many times as you wish. Each extension admin fee is €60. You can get your “empadronamiento” at this property. Supplies included up to a limit of €40 per person. In the event that the entire flat is overspent, the excess will be divided between all tenants in the flat.
